Submissions
The journal is closed to submissions for the rest of 2025; there will be no Autumn issue this year. (This is to enable publication of volume 2 of NOON: An Anthology of Short Poems in October.) The journal will reopen to submissions in February 2026 for the Spring issue, then again in August for the Autumn issue. Poems will be considered only at these times, and only one submission (of up to 10 poems, each shorter than 14 lines) should be made during a reading period. Please read the freely available online issues and/or NOON: An Anthology of Short Poems before submitting some of your best work, which should be previously unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
Poems should be sent in the body of the email and Word file or PDF to Philip Rowland: noonpress [at] me [dot] com. Line spacing and layout of the poems should be exactly as you would wish them to appear. Expected response time: up to 6 weeks.

I sent a submission but there was an email failure notice. I tried it with your name in all lower case, and again like this: PhilipRowland. Either way, it failed to send to your email address. Is Noon Journal still in operation?
